  1. I too was thinking about waste/garbage today, dismayed at how much litter is tossed on the roadsides and parking lots in our “nice” little town. I’m constantly collecting other people’s trash. It’s a bit disheartening, isn’t it?

  2. I have heard of disposable plates, knives and forks made from food waste. I appreciate that there is still the energy use in the production of these but if the only option is disposables then this is a good option.

    At work the canteens give you money off if you bring a re-usable cup for your tea and coffee.
